Improve well-being and vitality by re-engaging with our ancestral movement patterns.

The natural movement philosophy, often referred to as  'rewilding humans' supports us to re-learn and re-integrate movement patterns that were part of our hunter-gatherer ancestors' daily lives. These include fundamental actions such as kneeling, squatting, climbing, brachiating (swinging from the arms), and running barefoot.

In this session, we’ll begin to move away from the sedentary sitting culture of modern life which can negatively affect posture, spinal health, and overall energy. And,  re-engage with our ancestral movement patterns to support improved well-being and natural vitality.

Please Note:

  • Available to 42 Acres overnight guests only.
  • This experience runs Mon-Sat all year round.
  • This is a private experience for your group of 1-8 people.
  • Price is per group, not per person.
  • Our system will show that your booking is for '1 guest' - please treat that as though it says '1 group'
  • The option to add extra guests (beyond 8 people) at £15/head will appear at checkout.
  • Location TBC: We can host Natural Movement indoors and outdoors in various spaces across the estate
