A beautiful 2-hour session designed to deepen connection and create core memories!
We begin with family yoga, a gentle and joyful way to reconnect with our bodies and with each other. Through breath play techniques, partner poses, and playful movement games, we'll learn tools to support emotional regulation and cultivate greater harmony at home. Our session ends with a blissful savasana, snuggled into one another, grounded and calm.
From there, we step gently into our nature connection journey. A playful way for families to slow down and reconnect with each other and the natural world. Through guided activities, nature games, storytelling, and seasonal foraging, children and adults alike are invited to explore the land with curiosity and wonder. These sessions are designed to nurture a sense of belonging in nature, build confidence outdoors, and create meaningful shared memories. Whether it’s making nature mandalas, or floating leaf boats, tracking animal prints, or simply sitting quietly under the trees, each moment is an opportunity to deepen bonds with nature and each other.
