A 60-minute deeply nourishing yoga practice. Release endorphins throughout the body, relieve stress, boost mood, and cement a feeling of wellbeing.

This session is suitable for all abilities. Designed to support a shift from head to heart. You will leave feeling uplifted and inspired, with tools and guidance for use both on and off the mat.
