The work of our land and food teams is woven together to elevate Lasagne's humble crowd-pleasing vibes to something truly special.  Crafted by our in-house retreat chefs from ingredients lovingly grown and wild-foraged on this land, this simple, seasonal dish allows the quality of our soil (and therefore our produce) to shine.

This seasonal vegetable lasagne is an opportunity to eat from the land you're staying on. Delivered to your accommodation, simply bake in the oven for a comforting, flavourful meal that nourishes you and yours from the inside out.

We are organic in principle, although we don't believe we need a stamp on nature to prove it!
